I contacted Brandon Peak at Peak Wooten McDaniel & Colwell to ask for legal help for a friend. He was unable to help my friend because he doesn’t handle the type of law we needed help with, but went above & beyond to steer us in the right direction for someone who could. When my husband was hurt in accident we believed that our insurance and the insurance company who represented the other driver would take care of us. They basically ignoring us. Several people told us to hire a lawyer. Peak, Wooten, McDaniel, and Colwell came highly recommended. They were quick to answer our questions and offered to come meet with us. They knew we needed legal assistance and guided us through the process. Hiring them to represent us was truly the best decision we made. They kept up with everything that was happening. The staff were so friendly and so helpful, those ladies were the ones that made all the paperwork manageable. Brandon Peak and Chris McDaniel kept us informed about what they needed to do and what was the next step. During the trial, we were amazed with how professional and passionate they were as they presented our case. We were very pleased with the results and getting the whole accident resolved. If you need legal help (even if you are not sure if you need legal help) call this team. They will be on your side and you NEED someone on your side.
