Jennifer, Carrie and the whole crew at Perkins & Zayed are the real deal! Helped me immensely during a very trying time!

When the phone rings at 3 a.m. you know it's not going to be good news—but you take the call anyway. In this instance the call was from a hospital in Hawaii telling me my mother had just passed away while on a cruise. Needless to say, when I landed in Hawaii 8 hours later, I was still in a state of shock and unsure of what to do next. The only thing I could think to do was call the law firm listed on my mother's will—Perkins & Zayed. It turns out that this was the best decision I could have made. On my first call I was introduced to Carrie, a paralegal of the highest caliber who expertly fielded all my questions and walked me through the process, stem to stern. Her candor and unflappable personality were an absolute solace in my hour of need. She truly went above and beyond—someone you definitely want in your corner. She. Is. Great. When it came time to sell my mom's house, I was full of questions and reached out to P&Z again. This time I was introduced to Jennifer Eseed, a super-sharp attorney who handles real estate for the firm. She immediately put my mind at rest, answering all of my questions with an ebullient attitude and a reserve of patience I could only describe as Saint-like. While I'm sure there are plenty of good attorneys out there I'm certain you could look the world over and not find one as smart, organized, and as genuine as Ms. Eseed. Let me put it this way, how many lawyers do you actually look forward talking to? For myself, at this moment, I know of exactly one. Everyone in the office, Mark, Carrie, Jennifer, Deanna, Elizabeth have helped turn a tragic event into something manageable and less painful. For that they have my everlasting gratitude.
