In almost 4 years of dealing with them, we never once saw an actual lawyer. They had continuous turnover in their offices and never followed up on anything!

My first meeting went great. They were informative and talked like they knew what needed to be done. But keep in mind Disability is time taking thru Social Security. But still very informative.

Great staff very friendly but terrible attorneys!

This firm is awful everytime I called they had attitude and wouldn't let me talk. And never spoke to lawyer except 15 mins before phone hearing.

Don't hire this firm! If I could have lefted no stars I would have. I only spoke to the attorney twice before I had my phone hearing. The first time I spoke with the attorney he had not clue about my new diagnoses. And I sent treatment updates forms in everytime i had treatment or new diagnoses. And i also send in medical records. And when I spoke to him about my updated diagnosis the first time I spoke to him he said to call this assistant Martha. Everytime I called to talk to her about my paperwork and medical records and new diagnoses she had no clue about my paperwork and medical records and new diagnoses even when she was in my file. And on the date of my hearing all my diagnoses was not added and all my medical records was not provided for evidence. And when I saw that I was denied on my social security disability app for my hearing, I sent a email saying that I would like to dismiss the firm and get a fee waiver because I felt like the firm did not do their job to defend me to win my claim. The attorney called me after the hearing and said that my testimony went will and that it matched my medical records. Then after I sent the email asking to dismiss the firm, He called me again and said that the reason I lost my case is because I said I was sicker than I am in my testimony and my medical records show it. And when I questioned him about my missing medical records and diagnoses he said that the missing medical records and diagnoses would not have changed my testimony. So I know at that moment he was not going to help me so I dismissed him. And he said that they don't waiver fees. So I guess they will get paid for doing nothing to help me win my claim.

You want the best in the biz? You git em, these men and women of this law firm are responsible for the high quality of life their clients are looking for when they call on them, very caring, professional and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent customer service! The law firm is very knowledgeable, responsive, respectful and diligent. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied with the quality of work and services they provide. I highly recommend.

I was fortunate in that I was recently approved for SSDI the first time I applied. However, that is NO thanks to this law firm. I won my own case! I submitted all the paperwork and did my own legwork. The one time I asked for help with how to speak to a government-appointed doctor, I received no advice. The attorney I talked to was totally clueless. Every time I called the office, I was treated rudely and condescended to. I felt very disrespected. It makes me sick that this firm received one-fourth of my back pay for doing a nothing job. They take great pride in telling you that disability is all they do and they’re the largest firm doing so, but they need to take these negative reviews seriously and improve themselves. Whatever you do, please do not use this firm.
