Working with Platinum Benefits team helped me in a time of absolute life chaos (mom passing, dad's incredible needs, nursing home...etc.) Platinum Benefits team were able to come along side me and assist in the Medicaid process (our gov't is NOT easy to work with and the application process is...well not simple or ideal!). It was a lot of work and chasing things down, for my dad's application and we experienced two government shutdowns. PB team kept grinding and working for us! Thank you and as of yesterday we finally were approved 6 months! The team even experience employee turnover and I felt no effect of that... thank you again PB team (Jenna, Alana & Taneka).
