Lead Atty Jon David delegates to Shelby Mackenzie and Paul Sauls , Tim , 4 Attorneys no results I retained this firm in October 2024 to file and pursue a federal civil lawsuit. That was the primary reason I hired them. Between October 2024 and May 2025, I paid approximately $79,000 in legal fees and was later billed an additional $12,000, bringing the total to over $90,000. Despite that, no federal civil complaint was ever filed on my behalf. My case was passed between multiple attorneys. I was told the complaint would be rewritten several times. I was billed for internal conferences and revisions, yet the lawsuit never left the office and was never filed in court. The complaint drafts I received did not reflect the issues I originally brought to the firm. After months of billing and no filing, I requested a refund so I could seek new representation. My request was denied. As a result, I am left without a filed case and without the financial ability to retain new counsel, as these funds represented my last tangible asset.

Berk Sauls is not your average attorney he truly knows his stuff. I sent an email to many, many attorneys, and his response stood out above the rest.
