Finally I get a note from them that they were dropping it because there was only one witness and they couldn't find him. Everytime I talk to them I asked specifically that you had the Witnesses and they said yes. All his people. All he wanted to do is be able to write a letter and get thousands and thousands of dollars for it. They did nothing on the case.
