Phil and Ashleigh were amazing. If you want the best representation, it's them and their firm. They answered every phone call and email I ever had. Morning, day or night. Answered every question. But most importantly, they helped me through the hardest time of my life. I didn't just come out of my situation okay. I came out on top! Don't hesitate when choosing who to go with around here. They are the best of the best.

Disappointed with Crock. Stated took a bunch of her time writing up documents but didn’t even file. Spent 5,500 on her and got told 12 hours of her time was for my papers which took majority of my money. Didn’t appear /file or do anything in court for me then tried asking for another 3k. As a single mother that struggles financially she didn’t give patience when trying to come up with more money to pay her instead and just decided to drop me as a client. Not happy about my outcome and do not recommend a lawyer like that. All they want is your money ! Still had money in my pot for remaining and pretty much pocket it and demanded me to drop her as an attorney. Waste of money for this firm. I do not recommend.

While I respect a client’s perspective on an issue of opinion, this post does not accurately nor truthfully reflect the reality of the representation for this client. Without disclosing confidential information or compromising this client’s privacy, I can say that our firm utilizes a standard retainer agreement, which is explicit in its explanations regarding initial and supplemental retainers. The same language appears in every agreement and is emphasized. In addition to the written agreement, we verbally explain our billing policies to ensure clarity. The agreement further notes that supplemental retainers may be necessary and are expected to be provided timely upon request. Clients may request numerous documents to be prepared or other work to be done depending on changes in their immediate circumstances. At times, clients may change their minds regarding filing the same or their overall approach to their case. We have a strong commitment and approach to acting in our client’s best interests while also balancing that with changed requests from a client. However, continued changes results in more work.<br><br>I firmly believe that the reviewer received strong legal representation and that each request was accommodated immediately to the fullest extent possible under the circumstances. Details of Ms. Brault’s circumstances would not be appropriate to discuss in a public forum. However, the legal profession is just that – a profession. Our retainer agreements explicitly state the terms, and financial requests, regarding the course of our representation. As in any contract, if that is unable to be fulfilled on either end, the representation must conclude.
I couldn’t be more grateful for Paul and his outstanding team. From start to finish, they handled my case with professionalism, respect, and a clear sense of purpose. They took the time to explain every step, always kept me very informed, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process.
What truly sets them apart is the genuine care and compassion they bring to their work. I never felt like “just another case.” They treated me with dignity, listened to my concerns, and best outcome.
If you need an attorney who is knowledgeable, honest, and sincerely committed to their clients, look no further. Highly recommend!

After meeting with Paul and explaining the situation, he took a complete history and profile of the situation. Within a couple of days his assistant Paige had drafted an agreement and sent it to me for review. Paul reached out to me and reviewed the negotiation piece needed. Resolution was reached and signed within 48 hours, avoiding a long, drawn-out litigation. Great advice, completed in a timely manner, with a positive outcome and a lot less stress. Mr. Bomano and his team were extremely helpful and patient during a difficult period. Very satisfied with their service and would recommend this firm for anyone with family law needs.
I was looking forward to consulting with Mr. Shapiro regarding my father's assets, will, and maybe the creation of a potential trust as his Power of Attorney since he's recently been placed in Hospice/memory care. Mr. Shapiro has great reviews here and I felt this would be a good place to start. Unfortunately, the young lady who answered the call stated she wasn't sure that the attorney would want to speak with me since my father's POA was created by an attorney out of state years ago. I explained that my father is a current resident of Florida, as am I, and I was looking to consult with an attorney to ensure my father's assets were protected and to see what, if anything, I would need to do as his POA. I've never dealt with anything like this and need guidance. She stated that she'd need to talk with the attorney to see if he'd even want to meet with me. I'll be calling other attorneys in the area to see if they can help our family.
