I pay for their services. They are cheaper than legal zoom but you get what you pay for. It takes them multiple business days to reply to simple requests in emails, if ever. Often I have to call and ask what is going on and get an update that way. Something is happening over there. I’d avoid their services. I will update this review if they ever improve.

*** Caution *** Tried the free trial, they couldn't do exactly what we needed which is fine, so we simply canceled the trial 6 months ago. However, they continued to charge us $59.97 for the next 6 months. We called 4-5 times to ask for them to please cancel and refund. Customer Service admittedly said that they see where we have called and cancelled several times !!! However, they say that they can issue one refund due to their policy. Despite the fact that we tried to cancel 6 months ago and several since. We cancelled again today, so we will see again if they actually do it. Till then I guess we are just out $359.82... Absolute worst. They get you to enroll in free trial and then never alert you of their $40 a month AFTER you signup. It is in tiny "*terms and conditions* when you sign up. You then are never alerted each month as they take $40 as a charge on your credit card. In addition, they never email you or send text each month they take this. Finally they only partially refund you when you find out and demand a refund!
We are disappointed with Rocket Lawyer’s lack of responsiveness. After multiple calls, voicemails, and emails to their Trademark Department, I have yet to receive a response. We have an urgent Statement of Use (SOU) filing with the USPTO, and despite Rocket Lawyer handling our initial trademark application, their support has been completely unresponsive. If you need reliable legal assistance, I would strongly reconsider using their services.

I hired Rocket Lawyer nearly a year ago for trademark-related services. The initial onboarding process went well, but the experience after that was not as positive. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with the trademark department once the onboarding stage was completed. The company's trademark team is comprised of only two staff members.

Scammers! Their free trial automatically converts to the expensive plan, charging you $40 upfront and then whatever amount every month. Shrewdly dishonest!

We do explain at the time of sign up, that as long as it's canceled during the Trial period, there's no billing whatsoever, otherwise it does convert into the Premium Monthly Plan. Don’t get caught in their 7 day free trial promo online. They get your credit card info and charge you 39.99$ without bringing it to your attention that you just signed up for their premium membership!

The form they provided was not sufficient so I had to go elsewhere and get it. Meanwhile I signed up for premium service which said I could ask for legal advice for a week but when I called it said they weren’t lawyers! When I asked for a refund I was denied. Hmm don’t recommend

Great way to waste time if you need a lease agreement. Filled out the entire form and THEN they tell you to put in your credit card info. Pass

We apologize for any confusion, but our 7-Day Free Trial does require card information. We explain this at the time of sign up; so long as the membership is cancelled within the 7 days, there is no billing whatsoever.
