i tried to explain my case to his front desk and his manager or prelegal ONLY caring about paying the 400 consultation and even did not assure me that this is a case this office take
i asked her one question
do you take this cases before i pay the 400 $ consultation she did not answer and when i told her if this is not type of cases you take would you refund my money she was very rude and hang up
unprofessional stay away!

Hello Sona. I recall the conversation and you wanted legal advice from a non-attorney and our office does not offer that. You are more than welcome to schedule a legal call with a licensed attorney with our firm.
I never write reviews and I’ve never had to call a lawyer. I called this place after being referred to by another lawyer that no longer covers what I need help with. I will admit I was a bit awkward on the call, because I’ve never gone through this process. After I explained my situation and express this is my first time doing this, the lady told me on the phone the price of a consultation and I expressed I might have to keep looking. There was a pause and the phone was hung on her end. People call lawyers often on their worst day. We all know time precious, to be met with absolute no humility was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. Maybe this firm doesn’t want newbies, it might not be their target market but they need to remember is a person on the other side of the phone.
The team is so supportive and organized, and management was very professional. I’ve had a great experience here and really learned a lot!

A very bad experience, poor advice, and I didn't feel any interest in defending myself. All they told me was to plead guilty without even making the slightest effort. For what they charged me, I'm very dissatisfied.

The best criminal lawyer I've ever met. He already helped me, and several friends, in a very effective way. I will never get tired of recommending it. The best of the best.
My mom, Olga Barajas, hired Attorney José Saldívar but decided to cancel his services on July 11, 2025, due to financial reasons. She signed the paperwork to officially end the agreement, but it’s been two weeks and she still hasn’t received a refund for the unused portion of the legal fees.
During their meetings, there were moments that made her feel uncomfortable — like hearing him hit his desk with his fist, which seemed unprofessional. Even so, she tried to keep things respectful.
She is now concerned because there has been no communication or update. We hope he reaches out soon and resolves this fairly.

While we typically refrain from discussing client matters publicly for confidentiality reasons, we would like to clarify a few important points.<br><br>Ms. Barajas formally terminated services on July 11, 2025, and per the terms of our agreement, the process for finalizing a refund includes a review of the case file, reconciliation of any work already completed, and preparation of a final accounting. This process was completed within one day and Ms. Barajas was provided with an update of the trust fund refund. We remain committed to resolving any outstanding matters fairly and promptly.<br><br>Regarding the comment about physical gestures during a meeting, we regret that anything in the interaction made your mother feel uncomfortable. However, no one from Saldivar & Associates hit a desk in front of Ms. Barajas. We strive to maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. <br><br>If there are any remaining questions or concerns, we encourage Ms. Barajas to reach out to our office directly so that we can ensure full resolution.

Four years ago I hired Jose Saldivar (Saldivar & Associates) to represent me in a case everything went well. The state after four years decided to re open the same case with a different case number and Jose Saldivar(Saldivar & Associates) helped me again without hesitation.
