Such an easy, pain free experience and the staff was very friendly. Lemon law made the process so, so easy and I got all of the money they promised. It took a while (over a year) to get everything completed, but I can’t complain because I got my money!

Had a great experience with this firm. I started my claim in August (24) and the case was getting resolved by November (24). Melanie was amazing, she kept in touch through the whole process and was available for all my little questions. I am so happy I went with this firm and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you as well to my attorney Mark Noel. This experience was a breeze and took so much stress off once I got rid of my lemon!

I didn't like it because you call, and then they call you back. From other numbers... they have a Yucaipa number for "San Bernardino office."
And they contact you from a Los Angeles number... they only show offices with thousands of lawyers on the map, but you really don't know who you're contacting. I didn't feel comfortable.

At the beginning of my case a men helped me, everything was fine but then they passed the case to a woman and it was fatal, little information if she wanted she would call me later in a bad character and at the end of my case I am missing 2 payments and she no longer answer the calls and the receptionist says she is not there, she will call you back seriously.her name is Ana

I’m really wanting to thank you to this firm for how the handle my case even after I had a car accident involving the car in my case who resulted in a total loss, this firm of lawyers made sure my case wasn’t affected and even received the same amount of money without surrender my car to the dealer (Nissan). And I still had a full pay for the value of my car by my insurance company, they just deducted my car deductible. I highly recommend this Law Company to handle anybody’s limon car case 😊! Carlos P.

I was really impressed how this lawyer firm helped me out with my limon car, even after I had an accident in the car I had the case about and it resulted in a total loss my case was not affected and I received the same money without surrender the car to the dealer (Manufacturer Nissan) and my insurance company paid me in full, only they deducted my deductible. I had no expectations when I called for a consult in July of this year since lemon law claims are known to be difficult and drawn out processes. However, Lemon Law Experts made it as easy as it could be and I am rid of my lemon and in a new vehicle.
Every step included detailed instructions and consisted simply of collecting/sending documents, signing the agreement from the manufacturer, and surrendering the vehicle. They kept expectations reasonable - stating they would try their hardest but not promising a result. Even if the claim had not been accepted, I would have felt they did everything that could have been done.
Great company, friendly staff, easy processes. If you are looking for someone to help you with your claim, this is who you should use.
