We bought a used car at a tent sale in The Villages, FL Aug. 8, 2023 but by October 5th Benji Auto Sales of Miami still hadn’t paid off our trade in so we were making double car payments for two months! We called Mark at Schweikert Law and in two weeks he was able to convince Benji Auto Sales to pay off our trade-in AND got our two car payments repaid in full AND Benjis had to pay Marks fees! Win!
