Was very weary about filing a bankruptcy. I went and spoke to Scott and he answered all of my questions (even if I thought they might seem redundant). I took many months to decide to finally go through with it and he was supportive and respectful of the time I needed to make a thorough decision. Once I decided to go forward with the filing, he was available and easy to contact. He explained the entire process and had it filed in a very timely manner. From start of meeting him to end of the process was a lot faster than anticipated.

Great Attorney overall. After a long divorce I needed the guidance and legal knowledge to get on with my life. Scott Shumaker was able to help me with this. He was always great with speaking to me on the phone or replying to emails. When I went to court he represented me very professionally and was able to take care of my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone which is how I found him through a friend.

Scott handled some legal matter for me. I was very pleased with his communications and how he handled my affairs. I have referred 3 people to Scott and will continue to do so.
