Unfortunately I’ve been patient on writing this review for some time now but I’m actually fed up with this lawfirm. This has been the worst firm I’ve ever worked with, I did not even hire them directly, they were passed my case from another firm to take to lawsuit. When they got the case they still dragged months before even filing the suit and started everything over. They don’t listen to their clients wishes even when asked what you’d like to do. Communication is horrible it’s been now over a year since my accident. I’ve had to reach out FIVE different occasions recently, two of which were in writing just to get an update on my case since the last time I spoke to them in Oct 30th it’s now Jan. Then they act condescending when you call them out on the numerous attempts. Netti acted as if she didn’t even want to help after I was told from their receptionist everytime I called she was who handles my case. When I finally get Netti she gets on the phone and instead of any empathy she states she wasn’t available the last message left for her in a tone like she had better things to do. Apparently the other three calls weren’t enough she tells me she needs to pass it to the attorney. It wasn’t until I told them I was writing a review the attorney calls me within the hour. Everyone wants to be shocked when you finally inform them you are frustrated. I’d also like to add since I know cases take time I don’t even call for updates less than every 45-60 days only to find my case is still in the same position. If I don’t call them I never hear anything.They speak to you as if everyone is illiterate on how these work. Over a year and all the attorney could say today when I finally spoke to them is they were able to get the at fault drivers policy maxed at 30k. The same update I received via text Oct 30th. When I asked why their receptionist told me there was a note they had been reaching out to my insurance for under insured motorist coverage he acted as if he did not even know about that note and told me he was going to get back to me in a few hours. So they don’t even fully know who’s giving what details in their office. Ironically majority of their suit fees medical bills and the loan I took last year would probably eat whatever I do get completely they all seem to work with each other. Since Oct when I spoke with them and signed release for my check they’re still going in requesting reductions. If you’re looking for a firm that will aggressively work to try to get you every dime for the wait and inconvenience to your life this probably isn’t the best. I literally received 90k in less than a year from three different insurance companies plus PIP working with Witherite somehow the attorney tells me I couldn’t have gotten UIM from all three like I don’t have the records & releases. I would rather them state it’s not something they know how to do than to gaslight someone like they aren’t aware. This case should not take this long it’s incredibly frustrating.

My case was contracted to this firm by my original counsel. While the assigned case manager started out fine, the service completely fell off a cliff. I have been waiting for simple requests to be fulfilled since December 17th. I’ve been bounced around between people, and now, no one will even respond to me. Being 'pawned off' to a firm that clearly doesn't have the capacity or professional courtesy to communicate is incredibly frustrating. Avoid this firm if you expect accountability.

All the employees that worked directly with me were so helpful and thorough! They helped with scheduling all my medical appointments for my accident and made the process super easy!

They took good care of me and helping me with finding places to do my physical therapy and other needs I needed. They communicated well with me and kept me in the loop and gave me updates on how my case was going. Especially Laura and Liza, they were extremely helpful answering all my questions and keeping me up to date on my case. Thank you very much. Would recommend this firm.

I was in an accident a year ago that really slowed things down for me. My original attorney seemed to be dragging on my case and eventually transferred my case to SVC. At first I was frustrated given the treatment received by previous Lawfirm and the dragging out of things. But SVC has been very hands on and friendly. Their response times are almost immediate and I was even able to take an advance out and borrow against my overall settlement to help cover bills and living expenses during my down time. HUGE THANK YOU to Nettie :.. she is a very hard worker, very personable and reliable … she always followed up with me promptly and worked hard for my case.
