Took my money and never responded back to me

I paid Attorney Sean P. Collins, P.C. for legal representation and have proof of all payments. Since he abandoned my case and failed to provide any service, I respectfully request that the State Bar of Georgia require him to refund the full amount I paid. I am attaching proof of all payments as evidence. Sean p Collins took my money I payed him everything, and he never showed up to my court twice, he just stop communicating with me and never answer the phone or my emails probably because he is currently not allowed to practice law in Georgia or in his life!!! This is not fear

Mr. Collins and Zach were extremely helpful throughout my entire case! My case took longer in the system than expected, but Mr. Collins and Zach were still very open and ready to answer my questions and concerns throughout the entire years long process. Even though we did not get the outcome we may have hoped for, I know that Mr. Collins did his best possible work to help me.

(Beware) All the reviews are good but thats useless when Sean only showed up to 1 or 2 of my court dates in cherokee county and now a year later and over 20 times in court alone, now i have to find another lawyer to start all over. After paying sean almost $5k ive got nothing to show for it. No evidence no communication no lower plea deal not anything to show. Ill be filing comments to the state bar and hopefully save someone else from this horrible nightmare.

Sean is a great attorney I have ever worked with. From my first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand (greatly appreciated)and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. Highly recommend. Sean and his assistant Zach is by far the best I ever met. They both listen to my problems and was always available to answer any questions. If they didn’t and they would always call back in a timely manner. Sean shows showed empathy and compassion for his clients and his work. Sean and Zach was both extremely professional. Sean did the impossible and made sure I did not get a harsh punishment. He’s the reason I made it home to both of my babies and I’m so grateful for him.. he’s literally the best! You won’t regret working with him.
