I paid Attorney Sean P. Collins, P.C. for legal representation and have proof of all payments. Since he abandoned my case and failed to provide any service, I respectfully request that the State Bar of Georgia require him to refund the full amount I paid. I am attaching proof of all payments as evidence. Sean p Collins took my money I payed him everything, and he never showed up to my court twice, he just stop communicating with me and never answer the phone or my emails probably because he is currently not allowed to practice law in Georgia or in his life!!! This is not fear

Mr. Collins and Zach were extremely helpful throughout my entire case! My case took longer in the system than expected, but Mr. Collins and Zach were still very open and ready to answer my questions and concerns throughout the entire years long process. Even though we did not get the outcome we may have hoped for, I know that Mr. Collins did his best possible work to help me.

Sean is a great attorney I have ever worked with. I was in a horrible car accident 6 months ago. My car was totaled. As a single mother, I was so stressed out from the situation. I didn’t know how I was going to be able to get back and forth to my job. If it wasn’t for Mr.Collins, I don’t think I would have won my case and received the money I rightfully deserve. His communication made me feel comfortable with the stressful situation I was in at the time. He was knowledgeable and friendly! Mr.Collins was life saving!
