What do you have to loose? SC&C negotiated for us x5 what the insurance company initially gave us. They don’t collect anything unless we win. If nothing happened, then we were out nothing. Took about 4 months to negotiate an agreement. Even after SC&C took their cut from the settlement, we were left with tens of thousands of dollars that we would not have had before.
