It was in 2014 when I was involved in an accident where a tractor trailer was making a left turn trying to beat the light I was already stopped for in the right lane. This guy slammed me in the right side and rear ended me at the same time. Initially I thought I came out of this unscathed. It wasn't until an hour later my neck and jaw started feeling like they were plugged into an electrical socket. it took 4 years to actually pin point my injuries because they were all related to the whiplash and the impact caused by the truck, and JAW injuries are very hard to diagnose. When I met Gina she was compassionate to my injuries but tough when she needed to be. Her staff are all very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The trucking company hired a hot shot firm who minimized the case and basically tried to ignore our claims. Gina stood for none of it, she made demands as to CDL laws and implored them to respond until recently they requested an arbitration to discuss a possible settlement. These people low balled her and wasted a whole day of traveling in pain. Gina never once faltered, she ended the meeting and proceeded to trial the next day. After offering less than 1/4 of what was originally offered Gina negotiated a substantial settlement. Thanks to Gina's attention to details and refusal to sell me short I was able to put this mess behind me. I highly recommend Gina for many reasons. She is smart, bold and courageous while maintaining a realistic idea of BOTH perspectives which I feel gives her an edge over the other pompous ecumenical personal injury attorneys out there. Gina is grounded and becomes more like family than just another Attorney. I would trust her with my life. She also helped a friend of mine with a very complicated title issue and got my friend full compensation for a title error that created a tax issue on her condo. There are not many Attorneys who could have done that and she did.
