It's been a while, but I was surprised to see the reviews are good. I had contacted them because of reviews and after being "sold" the package of what he would do (Shuster), he dropped the ball big time. I ended up paying $3500 to him plus $1000 to bank -back then, to avoid foreclosure and sign over my property, so it wouldn't go on my credit report for all those years- AND it still ended up as a foreclosure!! I tried to contact office and email several times. His assistant told me he had more important properties to worry about. I was shocked to hear that. Not because I thought I was important; I simply though I would get what I paid for. He was rude as well and after he was paid suddenly had no time. I only wish I didn't waste $4500 just to live with years of a foreclosure on my report. I really hope the other reviews are true and people aren't getting hurt like me, but if not then I want to put a warning out there for any innocent - not rich- folks like me.
