Complete lack of humanity. Never felt more lack of compassion. Made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The lack of attention to detail was shocking and hurtful at times. Would NOT recommend.

I'm James Stilwell, the Managing Partner of the Firm. After a search of the firm's files and billing records, I do not have any record of "Taylor Ray" as a client or past client of the firm. Under that belief, the firm disagrees with this "review" of our firm implying "Taylor Ray" was a client who was treated improperly and did not receive quality legal work. As can be seen by the many other favorable reviews we have received, what this purported review says does not match with what our actual clients say and the work we do.
Robin is the best as a professional, person and knowledgeable individual. She handled my legal requirements expeditiously and made sure that I understood everything clearly. She deserves 10 stars.

I've employed the services of James Stilwell on a number of occasions over the years ranging from estate planning, commercial lease negotiation, lawsuit representation, and probating of a loved one's will, and every time I have felt well represented and well served. It's comforting, especially in some of the more difficult times of life, to know you have competent representation. I refer him to friends and family with confidence, and hold James and his firm in very high regard.

Mr Steven Earl stepped in and saved the day in the last possible moment that my two year nightmare probate case could have been salvaged.. my case had been severely mishandled by a different law firm and I was forced to terminate said council with no time to spare to save a home that was left to me by my father. Luckily I was referred to this office by another attorney who was too busy to take on the case but Mr Earl
An Heather and their team were super stars..
They navigated through the chaos created by the former attorney and the opposing council and brought closure to this very costly and upsetting ordeal. I cannot not recommend this attorney Steven Earl enough.
Spent a lot of money with no results. There are better law firms in Montgomery County.

We are aware that you did not get the result that you wanted; however, it was not possible. The information below is in the public domain, meaning it is not privileged. Our firm followed the rules and did the work needed to ask for a guardianship. Since a guardianship can only be obtained when specific conditions exist, the Court staff investigated your family’s circumstances. The investigator is also an attorney. The investigation report is a public report. After the Court investigator interviewed your father, the report concluded he did not need a guardianship. He may qualify for a guardianship in the future, but did not now. We wish you the best with your family circumstances.<br>
I began working with Robin (Apostolakis) last year. She is one of the most knowledgeable estate planning attorney's available. Above all, she takes time to answer any and all questions and you can trust she knows the answers or will find them in short order. Anytime I am asked for a referral, I do not hesitate to send them her way. 5-star service from start to finish!
Robin Apostalakis is the most professional lawyer I have ever worked with. She is precise, timely, and honest. If you need a lawyer who is a specialist. Robin in my opinion is top notch.

Steve Earl and I went to Texas A&M together. Steve and I ran a club together and even back then he was smart, honest, and forthright. If Steve said he was going to do something he did it. Twenty years later nothing has changed. If you need probate help or help with your will then Stilwell, Earl and Apostolakis is the firm you want in your corner. I feel lucky I have someone like Steve I can trust.
