Sorely disappointed in their lack of communicating case updates, they work at a turtles pace, drag their feet to get medical details about injury cases, never bother to answer emails, return calls, or answer back voice messages. Attorney was clueless about 2 Claims filed on the case while she only bothered to bring up or mention 1 of them during mediation. I expected more of a sense of urgency especially when the opposing attorney presented an offer to settle ahead of schedule. This case is headed into the 23rd Month on a calendar and I still have no settlement check issued out.

Byfar the worst legal service I've ever considered. Completely absurd the way claudia abandoned my case. I was never informed of the money owed for signing the release and I had 3 cases with this firm. Sharon is the only source of understanding in this ego driven place and I wouldn't dare reach out in regards to something she's well aware of.
