James is excellent at advising someone on business acquisitions, due diligence, and the like. I use him as a general business consultant for real estate acquisitions, business growth goals, business liability protection, etc. James is highly professional, calm, rational, and very easy to understand in layman’s terms.

Terrible response! Wanted him to review a business lease. I simply asked him one time as you would normally do to see if he would give us a discount on his rate which he quoted initially. He could have simply said no or said its a firm price and that would have been the end of it but no he went and said some mean things which I did not like.

I called The Blake Law Firm to get a better understanding of what hiring a real estate lawyer would entail if i were to sell my house myself vs getting an agent. The first thing I was told was the negative side of selling myself. Then I was given an opinion of how the market is doing and what the outcome of selling myself vs using an agent would be. The man I spoke to, which I did not get a name, was very honest and gave me much more information than I expected. He also gave the price for her services and the pros i would receive along with the price he charges vs the price an agent charges.
