I called this law firm today, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When she answered the phone, she didn’t give the greeting of the day, and was very short when asking questions. She definitely needed some phone etiquette! When someone is calling a law firm they are in need of help, and being polite and courteous on the phone goes a long way!!

Definitely the best lawyer in town over the last 25 years. Honest down to Earth with great results is what I got several times. And no conviction.

Truth, honesty (and the American way?)...no I'm not writing about Superman {or Supergirl} but rather the law firm to help you through your worst days. Heather Byrd won't hide the sad facts from you, but she will fight for you.

Heather Byrd could not have been more neglectful in my divorce case. At a highly emotional and stressful time in my life, Heather took advantage of that. She was unprofessional, very preoccupied with how she looked and did not fight for me and my case. My outcome with Heather’s legal “guidance” was pathetic.

We couldn’t thank Drew enough. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience.
