Please do not use this law firm!!! They are very unprofessional and do not update you on your case. This whole experience has been terrible and the crazy part about it… I did most of the work and they still couldn’t communicate.

I've had the pleasure to have The Dennis Law farm take not one but two of my case. Ms. Farzana was there from day one. She was available and times she wasn't trust and believe she is going to return the call or have a trust member to assist with your needed. Ms. Jacki has listen to me the whole way. When in frustration and crying Ms. Jacki let me vent all I need. She didn't judge but let me get everything out. The whole team even Mr. Dennis just want the best for you. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family.

The worst law firm experience my family has ever had!! The law firm took our case and then the assigned lawyer (Ashlan) who ignored our emails and calls for weeks..months at a time. We spoke with litigation lawyer (Toni Grier) to no avail. She over talked us and hung up on us. We agreed to the small settlement, but 2 WEEKS before the statue of limitations was up they dropped our case. We pleaded with them due the statute of limitations approaching, we had no time to secure new representation for our daughter’s injury, but they would not help us any further! We asked several times to speak with Andre Dennis, but were not allowed to. No response from him. Just an awful law firm and a deep feeling of regret for us!!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would’ve. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, from being changed from attorney to attorney three times, to lack of communication UNLESS I reached out. I will NEVER EVER consider using this law firm again. I repeatedly requested to speak with Andre and never got a call for him. Glad my case is finally over after 2 long years. I have to live with a bad back for the rest of my life but I’m glad I’m done with the Dennis law firm. Then I was supposed to be given some hawks tickets to try to compensate somewhat and never received those. If you choose this firm after reading the reviews, you have been warned. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a very horrible experience and don’t want anyone to go through what my children and I went through.

Jackie worked tirelessly to reduce my medical bills, and her dedication made a real and meaningful difference in my final settlement. Knowing she was advocating for me behind the scenes gave me so much peace of mind. She, along with Farzana (who was equally amazing) were always helpful, patient, and quick to assist with gathering documents or answering my questions. Even the front desk Greeting Coordinator deserves special recognition for the warm greetings and kindness every time I called in. It may seem small, but during a stressful season, those thoughtful touches mattered so much. From beginning to end, the entire Dennis Law Firm team was client-focused, considerate, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They worked hard to ensure I received the compensation I deserved, but more than that, they made me feel supported, heard, and prioritized throughout the entire process. I called the firm last Thursday 1-29-26 after being hit in a MARTA two passenger van 1-27-26. My left shoulder was hurting. The intake was fast and efficient. I signed paperwork and was told someone would call the next day. Today is Tuesday and this is the next communication I’ve received from the Dennis Law Firm. I will contact another firm. I want to support my people but this is a prime reason why we can’t.

Everyone i spoke with was very very professional, kind and helpful, would recommend their services to anyone.
