The Erwins did an amazing job for me and got my case dismissed. They were responsive to my concerns and gave me suggestions and good counsel. The District Attorneys know and respect them. Josh has a strong, commanding presence in the court room. I witnessed this first-hand more than once, as demeanors changed when he walked into court. I highly recommend the Erwins. 5 star plus.

Amanda was a fantastic lawyer in my case, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart! In 2020 and again in 2021 I had suffered from severe psychotic episodes due to an undiagnosed case of Bipolar Disorder. In the second instance the police were called and I was arrested, which led to me having to hire the Erwin Law Firm as my defense attorney. Amanda showed great care in representing me, and was able to get me placed in the Mental Health Court, which I was able to complete within one year. I honestly believe if it weren't for the Erwin Law Firm I don't know what would have happened to me. Thank you Amanda!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Josh and Amanda Erwin!!! Words cannot express how grateful I was to have them represent me in a time where I felt all hope was lost.They not only went above and beyond for me but won me my freedom.There determination & endless fight for me is why I’m able to still be around my loved ones. I was 18 when I was convicted of my crime I’m 25 now and josh and Amanda till this day fight for me!!
