I have had the pleasure to retain the services of Godsey Martin twice and both times I was able to settle. However this second time around was better than my years ago experience. I just want to thank Shantel Jackson for being so upbeat and informing about my case since Day 1 and answering all my questions. I'd also like to thank Moneike Moody for her promptness in handling the settlement of my case. I appreciate you guys and all that you do in your expertise for people like myself. Hopefully I won't be back but I can't control that lol.

Wow!!! Yall I really wasn't expecting much, if anything at all, and because of that I never really did much inquing, I just waited for them to do what they needed to do. But, to my surprise my Attorney T Nguyen always kept me updated and then a couple of weeks ago I received a call that the insurance company had setteled my case wow!!!! I really wasnt expecting that, and today I got that final call ! I couldn't be more happier with this Law Firm. I know people have had different experiences with them but I can honestly say that my experience was the best I could have imagined. Being with this law firm has been a great experience. T Nguyen was with me every step of the way and she kept me fully informed as much as possible. She helped me push through mediation, very patient with me and kept me calm and settle my nerves completely. Me working in pain management and dealing with car wreck patients, I know it takes time for a case to push through and get some action going. She had my best interest at heart and made sure that I knew at every moment that my case wasn't being over looked and being taken care of. This Law firm is definitely 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

At first they were attentive and kept me in the loop on my case. It’s been months since I’ve heard anything. I have called and every single time I get someone’s voicemail. I am employing a different attorney now so hopefully I can get some answers. So disappointing

The lawyers cool kept me updated the negotiators lied to me about adjusting medical fees them folks took half my check because he lied to me othe wise I would have sued. I’m very upset with it because I was lied to by two different negotiators o got 60 they took 33 it was no adjustment of medical fees or anything of the sort THEY WILL MOT ADJUST ANYTHING

I contacted the Firm in late March and spoke to a representative and shared my story of what had happened. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. They offered to help when no one else would! My case manager is Jasmine, and she has been great to work with. I would certainly recommend these great people to anyone!

I was rear ended while sitting at a red light literally 2026 has been the worst year of my life I lost my parents and brother last year then hit on Christmas. I was referred by my sister at first communication was good and they were very consistent. I literally lost my job behind the accident asking god what else can go wrong . I’ve had 3 different case managers without explanation still I haven’t complained because things happen. I know it’s a process and I’m still patiently waiting but I know one thing I would love to shout out Amanda Bell. I have been in a very dark place in my life and when I told her everything that was going on she listened and was very understanding right in that moment when I was talking to her I was feeling so down and she gave me the most encouraging message that gave me the push I needed in that moment to keep going.
