Our experience with this law firm has been devastating. In our view, they mishandled every essential part of our father’s living trust to such an extreme degree that my brother and I have been left without the money our father specifically set aside for us. The trust — which was supposed to protect our future — is effectively lost because of what we firmly believe to be outright negligence. We are now taking legal action as a result. Instead of offering any support, the firm has repeatedly dismissed us, criticized us, and spoken to us in an unprofessional and verbally aggressive manner. As beneficiaries, we were entitled to clarity and assistance, but what we received was hostility, confusion, and total stonewalling. This process has caused severe financial and emotional damage to our family. What should have been a simple, respectful handling of our father’s final wishes turned into a nightmare that left us fighting for information and struggling without the funds our father intended for us to have. Based on our experience, I strongly warn anyone against trusting this firm with something as important as a family trust. Their behavior caused real harm, and we are now left dealing with the consequences.

My parents used Bezaire, Ledwitz to prepare their Trust. Years later when they passed a document was needed to finalize a specific estate issue. Unknown to everyone involved the document was photocopied and one page was printed at an angle before being assembled in a binder. Important legal information was missing due to sloppy and incomplete printing. Nobody caught it especially the Bezaire employee that did the printing and used the stapler. Now it was a problem. I called Bezaire and explained the situation. Luckily they had the complete original after all these years! What a relief. Had it their hands but Ivy Robinson informed me that it would cost $50 to send the good copy. I had also previously retained Bezaire, Ledwitz to take care of settlement issues concerning the Estate after my parents passed. Spent thousands and they were incapable of finalizing anything. Had to subsequently hire another firm to settle. Now for a simple request to mail a copy of a document they bungled and possessed I had to cough up another $50. The word "Petty" is putting it lightly.

My wife and I had an appointment to consult with Sam Ledwitz, attorney at law in Torrance today and showed up a bit early. Mr. Ledwitz came out after we checked in with Jasmine. What an amazing first impression not only based on his comforting demeanor but his knowledge base, humor and transparent approach in dealing with the overall processing of our issue. Of course looking for an excellent value isn't always the way to shop for a qualified legal professional as the value here is in his knowledge and expertise. We truly appreciated the time we spent with Mr. Ledwitz and the myriad of topics we discussed which were informative and enlightening. I would not recommend using this firm. They have been unresponsive to me. I have asked to be updated on the progress of their work and they say they are too busy to respond. This seems ridiculous because I started asking 10 business days ago.
