If you are a civilian - GO FOR IT!!! BUT... if you are Military or a Veteran, please do NOT use this attorney. I was referred to this lawyer by a friend, thinking it would be a good course of action. Yes, he is nice, professional and knowledgeable. However, he allowed the Insurance company to use previous conditions against me. My injuries were different from my service-connected disabilities. After all was said and done, I took home less than $6K. As time went on, my symptoms got worse. I miss many days of work and pay. The symptoms still persist today. It gets excruciatingly painful, even til this day. Every time I go to the doctor, there is nothing they can do about my lungs continuously swelling up to the point I cannot breathe. Pain medication and muscle relaxers are NOT cutting it! I didn't know I'd end up needing additional services for the nightmares and flashbacks. It has been mentally, physically and financially painful - and has NOT stopped! Please beware.
