Recently wrapped our lawsuit from an MVA. Couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the settlement. Daniel Smith, esq., is a young attorney who has honored his profession and I’m sure will continue to do so in his chosen career. He made it exceedingly easy for us while working tirelessly behind the scenes. Kept us informed during every step of the way with zero inconvenience to my wife. If you are looking an honest and ethical attorney (I know, sounds crazy, right) but Daniel Smith, esq., is who you need to get you what you deserve. You CAN trust him.

After my accident, I was hesitant to work with a law firm, but I’m glad I did. The team at Joel A. Levine made a stressful and overwhelming process feel clear and manageable, which allowed me to focus on my health and recovery.
Lau was excellent at keeping everything moving and making sure I always knew where things stood. Jaime was consistently supportive and a strong advocate whenever I had questions. Daniel did a good job explaining the legal process and handling my case.

Had a brand new home FHA buyer. A couple miss blank name. 4 years in a brand new home lost to a personal vechicle in a company car accident. She still alive with me on the house. 4 years I haven't heard from Joe A. Levine. I remember with a company car accident they the lawyer Joe A. Levine would help before the house would go to auction. I haven't got help from Joe A. Levine nor a call for 4 years. The audacity the bad reputation 🤧 God Bless you and your no good team.

I was with them for almost 2 year long two year after looking for about 6 months for an attorney to take my case from a restaurant, after almost 2 years I just got told that because the restaurant said they aren’t accepting the demand and have evidence but yet they didn’t ask to see or talk about it nothing they are just dropping my case. My I add ketchup and raw tomatoes are two different things.
