Avoid this firm due to their shockingly unprofessional front-office staff. Lucy the receptionist is extremely rude, repeatedly interrupted me, failed to introduce herself and refused to let me speak, making a simple inquiry impossible. A law firm should prioritize clear communication and respect, however this experience was dismissive and hostile. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value basic courtesy and professional service.
