Worst attorney I’ve ever come across ! Absolutely the worst most unprofessional attorney ever . Even chose to dox my personal phone number address and email to absusive ex husband as her last little juvenile act on the way out . She makes up ridiculous bills and charges for doing nothing. I highly recommend you do NOT ever use her . Her staff was kind and professional she however is like High school Mean girls . The bar association wasted no time sending me the paperwork after I explained them the things she has done .
Owner response
Hi Lesley! Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I’m very sorry to hear you had a negative experience — that is not the standard of service we strive to provide. Unless there is some kind of finding of domestic violence by a court of law, then when an attorney withdraws, per the Alaska Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically Rule 81, "the attorney shall certify to the court that the attorney has complied with the requirements for service of the motion and shall provide the court with the party’s last known address, telephone number, and email address." It's actually part of the rules of professional conduct to provide a party's contact information to the court, including phone number, address, and email! Regarding your concerns about making up "ridiculous bills," I would be happy to address each billing statement with you and explain the way we carefully document billing at the firm.
