I highly recommend Attorney Carballo. He is an excellent, transparent, and honest person. Personally, my case was very difficult. After consulting with other lawyers and having a bad experience, he made me feel there was a chance. He gave me confidence, and with faith and perseverance, I knew it was possible. He offers payment plans and excellent prices, and his staff works with the same excellence. We were able to obtain a work permit within two months, and six months later, I had my immigration interview. In less than a year, I obtained my residency. Can't explain mine and my wife's journey with Sherwin and his amazing team. First of all, without work authorization i was jobless and broke. We filed for work authorization, adjustment of status and green card all concurrently. He gave us a payment plan, which was not only economical but manageable. Even then I missed my last payment for 3-4 months due to personal reasons. But he and his team were very empathetic and understanding with our situation. Merari is the paralegal from his team, who guided us and communicated with us at every step. She is awesome.We did hit a few road blocks with requests for evidence etc. But Sherwin and his team had our backs all the way. Today we got ou approval for all 3 status within 1 year of filing for it.
I would recommend him 100 %, anytime any day to get through this extremely stressful journey.
