Attorney Peña's assistants are incompetent. They took my case with the hope of winning, and it took almost six months. In the end, the case was lost. The two young men were very inept in handling my case, and I would not recommend them. Thank you.

I was injured at work and had a really bad injury. I had a case that lasted over 5 years after tons of evidence going back and forth and getting every single paper asked. The individual named Cliff Wilkerson said that my case was lost and that I should consider my case a win, and he did not want to appeal my case. And it sounded as if he was paid out leaving me with nothing and treating me like whatever. Of course he’s not worried he gets his money and. You’re stuck looking naive. And lost. Thinking the Lawyer was going to help my family and I after saying this for 5 years I believed him. I didn’t get any paper work at all and was just treated in a way I hope that no one ever feels.
