I'm 100 percent satisfied with all they done for me till now, very responsive, good people.
We had a free consultation scheduled, and they canceled without prior notice. We called to ask if it would be rescheduled or what the reason was. We wanted to inquire if they could handle a case, and the receptionist hung up on my partner, but not before telling him that there are no free consultations and that we first have to sign papers to be seen. I think it's outrageous that they offer free consultations and don't honor them, but we're even willing to pay. I've never heard of transferring legal representation without first speaking to the representative. Thanks for nothing. We decided to look for services elsewhere because if this is how they treat you before granting exclusivity to a case, I can't imagine what it will be like when we depend on their services.
Please look for some else!!!! There goal is to sell and collect has fast has they can, promissing to jump in front of the line if you paid in full. The truth is once you paid, they shuffle your case around and the communication is horrible. In our case they have multiple mistakes like names DOB and addresses, wiches in immigration cases is extremely important. When we had our appointment with immigration they told us 1 day before with multiple mistakes. Runnnn away!!!!!
