The representative I spoke to today her name was Leslie and she was wonderful. She was completely accommodating and very patient and made sure I understood everything and was very kind. I would give her five stars for her customer service skills. They were excellent.

Helping me with a lawsuit. Been pretty smooth so far, hard to get ahold of an actual lawyer though(this is a class action so I get it) I've gotten regular updates by other people and the people I talk to on the phone are always great and helpful. 4 stars only because no direct contact with a lawyer.

Sara who represents The Dolman Russo Firm has been very helpful and supportive during all of the conversations we have had. She goes above and beyond for her clients by working around my schedule and is always super polite when speaking together. The firm is lucky to have such a loyal staff member! Overall I feel the firm is doing it's absolute best in representing me for this case. It is a very sensitive issue and they have been nothing but sincere and kind. I definitely would recommend the firm and I love talking with Sara, as she makes the issue feel less embarrassing. Thank you for all your hard work and support!
