I was not happy with this law firm at all. I had to gather all my final lenders from each medical facility myself. Everything was literally done last minute. The professionalism is not there and it was disorganized. They did not have my paperwork ready for me to go to surgery and I told them months in advance but they waited the day before my surgery date. I was so stressed out. I could never get a direct answer. I would not recommend them to anyone. Mr. Russo always directed me to Ana, she was a nightmare to deal with! Ana acted like I worked for her and she was the most unprofessional person I ever dealt with in my whole life! As a client, I had to find a new attorney because I couldn’t deal with them.
