Completely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about her clients

I am compelled to write this review due to a significant lack of communication and action from Attorney Strong. Retained in August 2024 to prepare a demand letter, I furnished a comprehensive timeline of my case. Regrettably, I never received proof of the letter being sent or any meaningful updates on its progress. Since withdrawing representation in February 2025, my request for a refund of unearned fees has also been ignored. Despite our repeated attempts to connect and our extended patience, Attorney Strong has failed to return calls promptly, and when contact was made, the updates provided were consistently uninformative. It is now May, and the absence of a delivered demand letter and a returned refund after several months is unacceptable.

I want to thank Attorney Strong and the Strong Law Firm for 1. Taking my case that had years of turmoil to unravel and 2. For showing me what it really means to win! I being the client going through the process was very emotional as representatives of our justice system had failed our family many times before and I was so afraid that they would override her expertise. Looking back, she took steps to ensure this process was thoroughly dealt with. IT was the long route to the win and as a mom it was like being in the passenger seat in a storm and you can't see clear, so you're asking your Attorney "where are we at, where are we at" as she drives you on through. (Literally) Those anxieties that grew as I got weary towards the end - Attorney Janice and her team remained strong. It taught me how to just trust, endure and when the time came to speak to stand on my feet as a mom. Attorney Strong doesn't play, fights for what is right and stuck through it all with my family. I am very thankful for her and I must say I have not had this much good rest in a while and peace of mind that our family can move on with life now. Because it was 7 plus years of pain and turmoil that was brought to an end. That is a win, not just a case, this is a families life back! Its no longer a hope for us its a reality. An answered prayer. May God continue to bless all of your battles with that same strength, to fight for what's right and win!
