Unless you want to be completely abandoned by your lawyer and not have her show up to court at all and lie to you where she is the entire time, then I wouldn't waste your money on her!! My husband worked with her for over 6 months and she gave absolutely nothing to the DA despite saying she did and was absolutely necessary for his case (evidence of treatment for almost 2 years, clean screens, NA sheets, etc) which really screwed him because he could have gotten a WAY better plea deal had they known he was in treatment at all, but she did not send anything! We paid her $3500 and she basically abandoned him as a client. The day of court we waited for almost 6 hours for her to show up to court. First excuse was that she was in court in fulton when court began at 9am, so she would show up after lunch time. 1:30pm came and she still didn't show up. She then texted my husband she felt sick and couldn't come. The DA was very upset with her, standing up in the court room saying her client has been here all day and she has made several excuses as to why she hasn't shown up and we even found out she lied about even being in court fulton. The DA also said this isnt the first time she has done this and we were advised to get another lawyer. Even weirder she called the judges office saying she was so sick and making gagging noises on the phone. The DA also said this isn't the first time Ms.Gladden has done this to her clients. My husband had to go on record before the court stating his attorney never showed up, and the judge suggested we find a new lawyer. We also found out the day of court she didnt even tell us the entire plea deal he had and all the stipulations that came with it!! (Which it was a terrible offer btw) This is the BARE MINIMUM requirement of a lawyer and I have never seen this with any lawyer I've worked with. Now we are out $3500 dollars and only 4 weeks to find and pay for a new lawyer, which we do not have the money for! When we confronted her about it and wanted a refund, she started sending screen shots of a random court case in fulton County trying to prove she was there?? Which still doesn't account for her not doing her job in all the other areas. Save your money and find someone else!

I want to thank God for sending Kristi to defend my son when he was in desperate need of help. The charges against him were very exaggerated and Kristi was there to listen and then negotiate with the District Attorney's office for a more reasonable plea and sentence more appropriate for the facts surrounding his case. She gave counsel and representation during and after my son's incarceration. She helped to get him into rehabilitation and I am so grateful to her for her caring and professional attention to my son's case and for treating him as a person instead of a criminal. If you get Kristi to handle your case, you are blessed indeed.

I seen a case with her defending Mr finnergan she was so unprepared I felt so bad for the guy she ask no questions the judge had to tell her what to do! And all the evidence she couldn’t pull up or show! I hope she was not paid for that poor performance for a lawyer! She looks under the influence of something!!

Mrs. Gladden is not a la wyer I would hire if your wanting to win your case. She did not go over my case with me . She file my papers along with someone else papers. When she first appeared as my lawyer. Mrs.Gkadden is In it for the money does not care about the person. Does not care if your innocent she does not fight for you or defender in court. She like her alcohol beverages during the day also. I would think twice before hiring her as your lawyer.

Please watch this attorney in action on YouTubes LAW TALK WITH MIKE this is by far the very worst attorney I have every seen in open court. Completely unprepared, uneducated. Instead of asking a judge to deny a motion which was proper she asked the judge to hold off. Could not share documents unfamiliar with zoom. Questioning was infective and irrelevant. Had to have opposing counsel help her submit evidence. Opening statement was irrelevant vent long judge had to tell her to get on with it. She isn’t worth even 1$. She had no idea how that object court objectively she continuously ummed, and and, and ughhed. she shared her private screen the entire time trying to figure how to pull up her evidence but never could. She needs to go back to school or give up her license.

Highly Recommend!!!! Excellent attorney! Very knowledgeable really felt like she was on my side and on top of things. What impressed me the most is she took the time to explain things to me making sure I understood what was going on and why. When It comes to the law,I struggle painfully asking many times over the same questions. I can honestly say that Attorney Gladden is knowledgeable and proficient. She makes herself accessible as well. We ere/are very pleased with her representation. And she adds a special touch of caring. We were very impressed with her.

Highly recommended. Saved my life when charged with a felony and literally worked miracles in the court room. I knew I was in good hands when I saw the amount of attention I received as a client.
