My first claim was denied and the mistake I made was not calling an attorney to handle the claim from the beginning. After receiving the denial letter from The Florida Dept. of Health, I called Morgan & Morgan and Farah & Farah, the two biggest firms in my area. They both declined to represent me. Both firms said I was too old and I would never be approved. I was about to throw the towel in and then I found Tracy Miller on Google. After reviewing the details of my claim, she said I had a very good chance of getting approved, regardless of my age.
