My first claim was denied and the mistake I made was not calling an attorney to handle the claim from the beginning. After receiving the denial letter from The Florida Dept. of Health, I called Morgan & Morgan and Farah & Farah, the two biggest firms in my area. They both declined to represent me. Both firms said I was too old and I would never be approved. I was about to throw the towel in and then I found Tracy Miller on Google. After reviewing the details of my claim, she said I had a very good chance of getting approved, regardless of my age. It took her 1 phone call, revising and resubmitting some paperwork that I had previously submitted. Just like that I was approved. The moral of the story is Bigger ain’t always better and being a sponsor of an NFL doesn’t mean that much. Thank you toTracy and her legal assistant, Tiffany.

We highly recommend Tracy Tyson Miller she and her office has always been very helpful from step 1 to the end. Always guides you every step of the way. I would highly recommend her for anyone!
Our experience with Tracy and her staff was wonderful. Our questions were always answered, the processes were explained thoroughly, and we were always treated with kindness and respect.
Absolutely the best! Aggressive disability attorney and highly recommended. I filed for social security disability myself the first time and was denied. Tracy took my case and won. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would have never even tried to apply myself the first time. Tracy (and her assistant Tiffany) took care of everything. Her fees were on a contingency basis and extremely reasonable.
My wife recently asked Mrs. Miller to help us file a disability claim with the Social Security Administration as she was no longer able to work because of several disabilities. Mrs Miller and her office staff reviewed our particulars and agreed to help us file the claim, which was awarded! Mrs. Miller was sincerely interested in helping work through the paperwork and made us believe we were doing the right thing during the process. We were very satisfied with our result and feel like we genuinely deserved our outcome.
