I rate Trust Guss a 10 out of 10. Before going to trial, I was a little skeptical of this law firm because of how long it was taking to get my case resolved. Three years for a traffic light car accident felt excessive to me, especially during a time when my life was turning upside down — I lost my apartment, my car, my job, and my way of living. But then Trust Guss assigned me Ms. Kristen Weaver, and everything changed. From the very beginning, Ms. Weaver was 100% empathetic to my needs and what I wanted from this case. She came in with a solid game plan to get me across the finish line. She kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know that the defense wasn’t cooperating, but she was fully prepared to take the case to trial to fight for what was fair. During the trial, Ms. Weaver did a phenomenal job. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better attorney — someone who could tell my story and genuinely advocate for me. When the verdict came back, I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.

The process took awhile but the attorneys were there every step of the way. It can be frustrating trying to get answers and come to a viable resolution.
