After saying they would take my case, and after sending everything in that I was supposed to, they took their sweet time doing much of nothing, not communicating with me, nothing. Every time I'd call for an update, they were still waiting for more records. I made sure and followed up with the providers and got the lawyers my records. Then nothing again. Waiting waiting waiting. Mind you, legal actions have time limitations. Then, an email stating they will not be taking my case.....AFTER they said they would. Then had the gall to remind me of my statue of limitations date(May 2026). How in the heck am I supposed to find another lawyer in time after this one took up most of it? Makes no sense and just a huge waste of my time and probably just screwed me over. Maybe they knew the surgeon I was suing. I just don't understand. I will NOT recommend this firm to anyone. Super super super disappointed 😞 Another firm making me hate lawyers.

The attorneys are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel manageable.

Apparently, you can’t state your entire story or while you’re calling the lawyer to the receptionist because the receptionist doesn’t care about your story and will send you to the lawyer without knowing the full background or anything like that and just expecting you to explain everything to him whereas she could’ve just as well told him what’s going on with me and then to better assist me then ask me questions but no, the assistant literally just didn’t care about anything You have to say even if it’s a very important or fragile matter.

Don't waste your time, if it's not big money they for sure will make you feel thrown away.

Would recommend this law firm. JR is a good lawyer to work with. My experience with him was very good. I highly recommend him and this firm. I will definitely refer those I know who may need him in the future.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS FIRM AT ALL! I CONTACTED THEM TO REPRESENT ME FOR A LEGAL MALPRACTICE SUIT. AN ATTORNEY I HIRED DECEIVED ME, LIED TO ME, AND ONLY HAD HIS BEST INTEREST AT HEART. HE LOST MY CASE AND STILL CHARGED ME 30,000 FOR ONE ZOOM MEETING. THE ATTORENY KNEW I DESPERATELY NEEDED TO WIN THE CASE AS I REALLY NEEDED THE MONEY. THIS FIRM KNEW ALL OF THIS , AND STILL TURN MY CASE DOWN! IT WAS VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT THIS FIRM CARES NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE OR HELPING THEM!! I WOULD NEVER EVER SEEK THIS FIRMS ASSISTANCE AGAIN. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL. FIND YOURSELF A GOOD ATTORNEY WHO CARES ABOUT PEOPLE AND WANTS TO HELP THEM, CAUSE BASED ON MY EXERIENCE THIS FIRM IS NOT IT!!!!
