Extremely unprofessional. I reached out to a James Frisch here in December. He was more than helpful and willing to take my case. February rolls around I receive paperwork in the mail regarding all of the doctors and places I’ve seen since my injury. I fill out the paper (quite lengthy list btw of doctors) and send it back. About a week later I get an email that James no longer works there and that theyve looked through all my medical records IN A WEEK might I add and decided to all the sudden not take my case. There’s no humanely way possible that they went through ALL records and even got them from ALL the places within that time frame. Super disgusted. And an extreme waste of time which they also knew I had very little of because of the statute of limitations. Go elsewhere to people who actually care.

Based on my personal experience, Venn Johnson Law showed a consistent lack of communication and organization throughout my case. Phone calls were rarely answered, voicemails were not returned, and email responses were infrequent and often delayed for long periods of time. Over the course of my case, my assigned attorney was changed three different times without clear or timely notification. Each change required me to re-explain my situation, which caused unnecessary frustration and made it difficult to feel confident in how my case was being handled. I was also assigned a case worker who was extremely difficult to reach. There were extended periods—lasting months—where I could not get a response, and at one point nearly a year passed without any direct communication. This left me feeling completely disconnected from my own case. Legal matters are stressful enough, and in my experience, the lack of responsiveness, continuity, and basic communication from this firm only added to that stress. I would strongly advise anyone considering Venn Johnson Law to carefully evaluate their expectations for communication and follow-through before retaining them.

My case isn't over yet so I will be back later with my results. I will say though that I am confident and I am impressed with the knowledge my two lawyers have and I will be back with results soon.

My husband had received a pretty hefty speeding ticket and from that first night on Bill Johnson has been responsive and involved, being able to text him on a Sunday night and receive an immediate response is something that was highly respectable.
