Unfortunately, our experience was a very disappointing and costly one. We were quoted an estimated cost of $2K to dissolve a family trust. After dragging the the process out for over one year we were billed near $7k with absolutely no resolution. Our attorney was, seemingly, not at all aggressive in representing our interest and took no action to a court or for judgement, but tripled the initial estimate of cost, minus resolution. Very disappointing indeed.
