In the event that my wife and I become incapacitated or die, an estate plan was important to us. We wanted to protect our children and loved ones from the appointment of a legal guardian (not of our choosing) by the probate court while all assets are frozen until the court system combs through every detail of our lives. Additionally, we needed a plan to help protect our family from losing everything they had worked so hard for before the pandemic hit and could no longer work. After meeting with a few law firms in town we were overjoyed to have found Jason Morris with Woodburn and Wedge. He is extremely competent, skilled, and clearly vested in our future. He is always available when we call and continues to solve our problems successfully and timely.

They did a fine job of preparing my parents estate, it was well organized and buttoned up tight, but as the executor he treated me as though I should know what to do and how to do it. I found him to be very condescending. They billed me .7 hours for forwarding me an emailed thank you from a beneficiary. I expect to be billed for work, but that’s a long time to forward an email. Edited to say they are making an adjustment to my bill. They still don’t care about the service aspect. That’s actually a bigger deal than the $70 refund.
