My husband Jason and I hired this law firm hoping for help with a serious business issue involving a defective pump truck purchased for our septic company. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After paying approximately $40,000 in legal fees over two years nothing happened that they said would happen. No meaningful action was taken on our behalf, and there was no real progress made toward resolving the case or pursuing the matter legally. We had to keep submitting documents over and over again that they already had. We trusted that this firm would guide and represent us through a complex situation, but instead we were left feeling unsupported and without the legal advocacy we believed we were paying for. For a fee of this size, we expected communication, strategy, and actual representation — none of which occurred in our case. I worked with Jose and Matt for the past three years on my case, which recently settled before going to trial. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the entire process.
