Amazing attorney who actually cares about his clients. He'll tell you the hard things you may not want to hear and he's upfront about all options. We exclusively recommend our client base to him when they need help with their business legal needs.

Very disappointed, Richard is a very likable person but had no business in the DUI defense. After the $2500/ fee, we did 4 continuances (during Covid), and a plea deal in absentia. I objected to the plea, which was written under false pretenses. Richard withdrew from the case because I could not come up with any more funding. I asked him to notify the court of my intent to revoke the plea which he agreed to. The court never received anything from Mr. Cross. Only one time did he ever return my call in person. Now I am in violation of parole, which I legally Rescinded.

Lots of money gone. Years gone before I had an answer. I came here for advice and help to see my son. Do not recommend.

February will be 2 years that this Attorney has had my case. I spoke to him once and his staff maybe 3 other times with me being the one to call them. Back in Aug of 2022 one of his office staff members where very helpful but, still nothing has been done. I would not send anyone to this Attorney.

Mr. Cross has been most helpful and I’m very pleased with my representation. I like his honesty and he has always treated me with the upmost respect. He handled things in a way that took a great deal of stress off of my family and this was very important to me. Thank you and a special thanks to your staff for going above and beyond!

Put down a $200 consultation last September. Had an phone call appointment setup with attorney. Recieved call that we had to reschedule. The next appointment time came, recieved call from paralegal. She said I would be working with her for the case. She didn't have time that day to discuss but we would make a new appointment. I picked up my paperwork from them and found a new attorney. Don't waste your time and money with this attorney. Find someone else that will at least take the time and effort to call you back.

I used Mr. Cross for a matter during the pandemic. I feared that COVID would backlog the case. Fortunately, he got everything done quickly...more quickly than I imagined. I am grateful for the awesome, rapid job.

My husband and I we’re very wrong about this place. In the beginning tensions ran high and we kept giving chance after chance. We were so desperate for them to help us. The paralegal would share stories about her and the many men she was in relationships with. I have every screenshot on my phone. I only ever spoke to the lawyer once during the entire year. If I was upset he would have his mother call. They keep adding to our bill. They finally put us 7 grand in the whole and we already paid them 7 grand. They are a gun for hire. They will take on any case just for money. They will not help you at all. They will give you false hope. Please go somewhere else and hire someone who truly cares about you and your case. This place isn’t it.

"Haste Makes Waste" immediately comes to mind when I think of my experience with Cross Law Firm in Phenix City. I contacted them in behalf of my mom because she as well as myself & other family members did business with their sister company in the past. I didn't feel the need to do research & check reviews as I normally do because we all had pleasant experiences. Unfortunately, being presumptuous on my part resulted in a waste of time & money for my elderly mom who's on a fixed income. I encourage anyone in advance to please read the reviews & do your own research if you're considering doing business with Cross Law Firm. I truly regret I didn't.
