Want too start by saying Courtney Lorentz is everything you could ask for in a attorney. She was always helpful and responsive and went above and beyond all expectations for my wife. She was hit by a motorist and injured and while she focused on healing and recovering, Courtney handled everything. Finding insurance when the driver lied, getting the max compensation possible for her pain and suffering, responding to every email and call. I can't say enough about her and if your hesitant on who too pick too represent you if your in a accident, don't look any further, you've found the best in the business here. I searched google for a personal injury lawyer and was not let down at all by Courtney D. Lorentz, one of the attorneys who work for the firm. She was been responsive with every question I have asked a truly cared about making sure I received a fair settlement. After hearing all of the horror stories from other and other large accident firms I feel blessed to have found a great attorney. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone and anyone.

Overall, a good firm. They are very knowledgable and do get the job done. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in. The attorney that I worked with was Andrew Thiery. He was able to answer any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. I am happy with the overall outcome but do have a couple things to point out. Communication could've been a little bit better. I had to periodically check in during the demand/negotiation process or would not hear anything for weeks. Sometimes things would come to a halt for several months, which would make feel a little uneasy, but, eventually they would get done. Also, the negotiations could've been done better. I personally had to press for a higher amount, and I still pretty much broke even, with pain and suffering included, even though I was found to be not guilty for the accident.

The best law firm you will ever have represent you. Clearly a cut above the rest , I highly recommend them, and a sincere thank you for your hard work and diligence.
