Jawdet I Rubaii Pa

I was Referred to Rubaii by a realtor in order to help me get 2 people out of a rental property when they stopped paying rent. This took place around Christmas which is the absolute worst time to seek justice. Jody was on top of everything and notified me at all hours and on weekends. From the time I filed the first notice to eviction was 42 days. This includes the 3+ weeks at Christmas/new years where the courts do not do any evictions. I am very happy with Jody and his team. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others needing the same type of help.

I hired Mr. Rubaii to represent me in my bankruptcy case. Worse mistake I ever made. He was ineffective, rude and extremely difficult to get a hold of. I finally had to call the state board just to get him to return my phone calls. He took my money, filed my paperwork wrong costing me even more money. Ultimately I had to fire him and start over. I would give him 0 stars if I could.
