Good luck with this place. The receptionist, Griselda, doesn't know what she's doing. She doesn't answer your calls, she's rude, and she doesn't care about injury claims. It's unacceptable that you have to beg to find out the status of your own case because her answer is always "I DON'T KNOW." You ask if she can connect you with someone who can help, and her answer is always "I DON'TKNOW " They need to hire professional people or at least people who know how to do their job because this woman definitely doesn't know what's going on or what this office does.
