Good luck with this place. The receptionist, Griselda, doesn't know what she's doing. She doesn't answer your calls, she's rude, and she doesn't care about injury claims. It's unacceptable that you have to beg to find out the status of your own case because her answer is always "I DON'T KNOW." You ask if she can connect you with someone who can help, and her answer is always "I DON'TKNOW " They need to hire professional people or at least people who know how to do their job because this woman definitely doesn't know what's going on or what this office does.

They're very unprofessional my dad has been with them for many years and they always make up new new problems regarding his case they never return calls seems like they don't care about their clients at all.

I just want to say, I am very happy that I choose JCR law group, they helped my husband till the end, they got him more than we thought he would get, the front office is friendly and helpful on the phone. Jenifer was very helpful took us step by step till the end and answered all of our question. Karla their interpreter, wow, she knows her stuff. thank you for everything

I Love JCR lawyers !! They walked me through everything. They helped me understand everything. They did amazing at getting me the money I deserved. They did not stop until I got what I needed ! Front desk is super friendly ! And Jennifer called me with updates which was amazing ! 100% recommend !
